Renier Rodríguez Méndez, 1979, was born in Morón, Ciego de Avila province, Cuba. The help of his father, also an artist of the town, let him since childhood had to do with the world of the arts. Participated in major provincial and national events to the various teachings where he spent his childhood and juventud.Obtuvo major awards in his pre-university and university stage. Joined the Pedagogical Institute José Martí, in Camaguey, studying Bachelor of Arts plásticas.En the first year of his career he made his first personal exhibition Deep Ones, as stated in the most prestigious gallery in the city. He received major awards at trade fairs.
Beginning his fourth year of the race, his disagreement with depth of their studies teachers did leave school to take full time classes with a professional artist and member of the plastic UNEAC, René de la Torre Aguilar. The support and influence of other art teachers gave him the impetus to devote their entire trabajo.Luego to return to their homeland made some decorations in some hotels off the northern coast and then continued Avileña reaffirming their curriculum making important awards event national.
Taught landscape painting at the Academy Raul Martinez of their city for three years. He obtained membership of the UNEAC. He did a meticulous job with their students and the thesis tutoring some students who obtained gold title, then moved to Spain for a couple of exhibitions between Valencia and Barcelona, where lived five years. A year later he settled permanently in Prague, capital of the Czech Republic.
Currently the curriculum has more than 40 events and 6 groups in addition to 10 personal awards and 5 citations in provincial and national exhibitions. His works are in private collections, including countries like Canada, USA, Spain, England, Switzerland and Czech Republic.
